We have a very fussy sausage who hates anything going over his head. Any tough materials cause irritation under the top of his legs, so I had given up hope of finding anything. Bev was recommend to me on a local Dachshund FB group. I ordered the option with a zip, but when it arrived was only a 3/4 zip which didn't solve our over the head problem. I contacted Bev to arrange an return and when she realised our problem she made one with a full zip at no extra cost. Amazing
Until you have a fleece from this little business you don’t fully appreciate the quality of them.. Each one is perfectly made to measure. I’ve wasted so much money prior to finding Ruby&co on poorly fitting items that just don’t last… Bev is always on hand and so friendly & helpful too when comes to answering any questions about measuring or sizing! Fantastic x
